The Newton County Arts Association sponsors a variety of programs in Covington. Spivey Hall at Clayton State University presents a wonderful concert series each year. At $2 a ticket, the Young People's Concerts make great field trips!!! Hear great performances at the Performing Arts Center at UGA in Athens.
